To date, I have created 143 cut paper Floridalas; each very different from the other.<\/p>\n<p>Interested in microscopy, I stumbled upon the works of artists from the 1800&#8217;s who manipulated diatoms by using a single hair and a microscope to form\u00a0intricately patterned mandalas and\u00a0other designs. Thus, the tiniest of artworks were\u00a0created, viewed with the aid of a microscope.
